It offers various (non-legal) advisory services to corporate and private clients, providing administrative support to the rest of the group. It does not provide regulated legal services and the Solicitors Regulation Authority in England and Wales does not regulate it.

CONSULENTI ITALIANI can also provide regulated legal services by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in England and Wales thanks to  its collaboration  with  authorised and registrated  firms in England and Walles. 

This website (including the terms and conditions and privacy policy which relate to our website) is governed by Italian law. The courts of Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from use of our website.

CONSULENTI ITALIANI  Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaint with our service, the level of our fees, or with the way in which we have dealt with any job (whether or not you are the client), please first contact the person dealing with the matter, or if you prefer his or her supervising partner, by telephone, e-mail or by post. Their references will appear on any CONSULENTI ITALIANI LTD correspondence you have received. If you are a client, you might alternatively contact your client partner.

We treat complaints very seriously and make every effort to deal with them effectively. We will investigate your complaint, and respond fully as soon as possible.

Your complaint will be handled by the Head of Operations.

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days from the date of receipt and send an initial response within 14 working days. Should a substantive response be required we aim to send this to you within 28 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to respond fully within 28 days, we will tell you why, and when we anticipate replying in full.

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and in any event within 10 weeks from the date of receipt.
